Latest new features:

• This Blog: It's not exactly a feature, but one of the most important things we can do to help you succeed with your job board is to share the best tips that we learn from others. We'll continue to develop this resource.
  
• Customization: For advanced users, we now give you all the pieces of our widget so you can integrate your job board seamlessly throughout your site, or build a complete new widget. I'd love to see how you use these pieces, e-mail me a link.  Widget #4
  
• Statistics: Now you can integrate Google Analytics or your favorite reporting software to get detailed reports on your job board traffic.  Add custom tracking code to your board in Advanced Configuration.
  
• Email Newsletter: If your run an email newsletter for your website, now we make it easy to include active job posts in the e-mail. Each newsletter just copy & paste this Promote Jobs code.
